What I Actually Use: My Daily Stack for Focus, Energy & Feeling Like Myself Again and a few Bonus things
If you’ve ever asked me, “What do you use every day that actually works?” - this is the list.
No guesswork. No sketchy ingredients. Just a simple stack that helps me feel clear, steady, and strong throughout the day.
Here’s exactly what I use (and why):
At ground zero is my Coffee, LOL. I love these Latte's and as a Mama-On-The-Go, these have kept me healthy even when I travel, plus makes having coffee out so much easier on the budget. Okay, now for all the taking of things....
1.) Peptides - Daily Cellular Support
I take my peptides first thing in the morning after my coffee because I have to have Coffee with Jesus every morning first of all the firsts. It’s become one of those “non-negotiables” that just makes my heart and brain feel switched on and steady-ready.
What’s in it:
Naturally derived peptides from sources like fava beans and whey protein hydrolysate
Designed to support focus, metabolism, mood, and energy (depending on the formula)
Why I use it:
I just completed my first 30 Days and I feel amazing on them and GOOD NEWS....I was at my heaviest back in 2022 and was able to release 30 lbs after about a year of trying so many things while learning about inflammation and what cortisol does to the body. These have been a GAME CHANGER for me - I have been fighting so hard to loose these last 25 lbs this past year and haven't been able to budge more than 2-3 lbs. It's like an invisible fat wall or something. After 30 days, I am down 8lbs and 7 overall inches!!! I cannot believe it! This is such a blessing and I feel so much better.

2.) Super Juice: Whole-Body Antioxidant Support
This is my go-to for immune support, healthy energy, and a steady “lift” that doesn’t come from caffeine. It’s a wolfberry (goji)-based juice that I mix with water or drink as a shot. Been using it for years and years!

My Daily Routine (Simple & Stackable)
AM: Morning Coffee, then Peptides (Lean, Fit) + 2 oz Super Juice (easily mix into Fit)
Midmorning: Vitamin D pills, Hydrated and if needed: Slow sipping of Energized and Focused Peptide
Midday Options: Odyssey Revive, IQMIX, Energized or my Coffee
Anytime for Heavy Stress: Calm packet direct on tongue can be 1-2 a day, feel effect within 10-20 min
This combo supports my energy, focus, hydration, and overall wellness - without relying on unhealthy caffeine drinks. I rotate based on how I feel, but these are always in the mix.
As far as additional support:
I mentioned Vitamin D, these are great dissolvable ones my kids love too. I love my Probiotic and Defense pills and cough drops when I start to not feel well, or feel an UTI coming. My Supplement Homepage Product Section has most of them listed you can check them out. With the peptides, I am using less of these right now but they have their place.
How grateful I am to have such access to so many resources! No one is exactly the same which is why I am sharing these with you that I use. I know you will find answers in this page!
From PaleoValley I use their Beef Organs (4 capsules a day) and their Turmeric (2 capsules a day.) I don't have a link for them but here is their site: PaleoValley
I also add Pink Himalayan Salt, alternating Celtic Salt into my daily consumptions...adding to my coffee or sprinkle onto of my toast or salad...or straight on the tongue to absorbs and chase with a cup of water. You can get these at just about any store these days.
I am not a Nutritionist Girl, so I hear about hundreds of other things out there and I am learning what I can as I go too but I am also a snail's pace when it comes to introducing something new into my body. It has to be something recommended by a friend because I can trust them over a sales ad simply trying to sell me.
I think that covers it for now as far as what I use on the daily to support my body.
Some of you have asked about a few of the other things I am using and you can find that up in my Favs tab here on the site! And the list could go on and on with massagers, massage gun, weights, hot/cold packs, skincare, make up and finally a good deodorant that works.
Next on my list will be sauna and red light therapy!!
Okay friends, this covers my DAILY MICHELE Routine for the most part outside of Jesus, Mindset and Movement. I wish I had a list like this when I began my journey for healthy swap outs! It's so amazing to share these things with you because I use them ALL and I know what they have done for me!!!
